Hotel Belvedere - Brasov

The amazing mountain view from our balcony and the relaxing spa experience highlighted our stay. We particularly appreciated the personalized room upgrade upon check-in, which made our visit even more special.

Restaurant view

The hotel is presented as 4 stars one. At arrival I've learned that they have 2 different rooms (4 stars and 3 stars). So I paid 4 stars according to the presentation on Booked.net and I had a 3 stars room.

our room wasn't so clean, very ugly and dirty bathroom, everything is and look very cheap, but the hotel costs like hilton etc. i definitely would not recommend or stay at this hotel.

great views but some minor issues

The panoramic views from the restaurant were nice. I enjoyed the cozy ambiance. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating. The outdoor pool area was a great spot to relax after a day of hiking, with comfortable loungers and attentive service.

The breakfast area was quite crowded during peak hours, making it difficult to find a seat.

The hotel service is good.

All the rooms are beside the stairs and lift area, when guests come up go down the building , we can hear the noise,stay in there can't really have good rest due to different sechdule for different guests.

I would not reccomend this hotel at all. First of all the walls are paper thin and the beds are very uncomfortable. The closer you are to the ground level, the louder you can hear the stay dogs barking and howling. If you staying in the deluxe rooms, don't be fooled by it having a bathtub as it barely fits one person. Breakfast, what can I say, I asked for orange juice and they offered me fanta! They offer stale coffee and 'croiscents' that come in a box from the supermarkets. The only positive thing I would say is that even though its outside the city, its really close. And the view from the mountain it sits on is nice. I would never go back.

Attentive service, they provide a free parking and free Wi-Fi. The building is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are high quality and great modern. Great breakfast with an outstanding food is available.

We had the economy double room which was exceptionally good with fantastic views. The staff was fabulous at all times.

The location's steep hill poses a challenge for those without a car!!! Maintenance of the spa and pool facilities leaves much to be desired, especially concerning cleanliness and functionality!!!

Large well equipped room, good staff, location (overlooking Brasov) and decent buffet breakfast.

Did not provide tea/coffee making facilities. Music at breakfast could be better.

We dosn't stay a very long time in hotel beacouse of our schedule but the staff was great ( congratulation ) , our room was clean and quietly with all necessary comfort . The noise from parties was bearable .

Pay attention to breakfast . In the morning after wedding wasn't enough food for all hotel guests . Wasn't our case but the neighbors . Manager should calculate occupancy and ensure proper breakfast .

We loved the cozy atmosphere and took amazing hiking trips around the fine mountains. The views from our room were amazing, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a day filled with outdoor fun. The restaurant's food was delicious.

The staff were excellent and went out of their way to oblige and were very friendly. The food was good. The hotel was clean. The sauna was a bit impractical and the staff told me the swimming pool was out of bounds because the weather was too cold but by Scottish standards the weather was good and certainly warm enough for outdoor swimming.

Lack of pool, no bath (shower only) and impracticality of sauna.

Reasonably modern hotel with internet connected PC on the room. Nice, quite location with good views, yet only a 15 minute walk from the center. On-site parking.

The hotel is difficult to find and not indicated from the main road. Room was not very clean; seems that only visible surfaces are cleaned. The pool is quite small.
