The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, making my short stay enjoyable. The outdoor pool area was a great spot to relax after a day of hiking, with comfortable loungers and attentive service.

The breakfast area was quite crowded during peak hours, making it difficult to find a seat.

The location’s steep hill poses a challenge for those without a car!!! Maintenance of the spa and pool facilities leaves much to be desired, especially concerning cleanliness and functionality!!!

Our family had a wonderful stay with stunning views from the spacious balcony. Room comfort exceeded expectations, great amenities were a plus. The pool area provided a relaxing end to our days. breakfast in a separate building lacked quality. Avoid peak dining times for a smoother experience.

We had a Double or Twin Room with Balcony for 3 nights. The room was spacious and super comfortable. It was always warm and clean. It had a stunning view, which was definitely a highlight. The amenities were nice, and the bathroom had everything we needed. Really enjoyed chilling out by the pool too—definitely a lovely spot to relax after exploring.

I couldn't get enough of the stunning views from my room—each morning, I woke up to panoramic scenes of the Carpathian mountains that took my breath away! The outdoor swimming pool was a fantastic spot to unwind, complete with bar service to sip on something refreshing while soaking in the sun. Every breakfast was a delightful experience, featuring a great variety of delicious local dishes that made each meal feel special.

the belvedere hotel boasts an excellent location, just on the hill, providing stunning views of the cityscape. we appreciated the friendly receptionists who offered us a complimentary room upgrade. the spa area was a lovely way to unwind after a day of exploring, making our stay all the more enjoyable.

Had an amazing group vacation with friends! We really enjoyed exploring the area with some hiking trips and also took ski lessons. The views were stunning, especially from the restaurant, and the large room was a bonus. Just make sure to check if you're in the newer building for the best experience.
